These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SnapShorts software (“Software”), provided by SnapShorts (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using SnapShorts, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Software.

1. License and Access
Upon purchasing a valid subscription and activating your license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use SnapShorts, in accordance with your subscription plan.
Licenses are managed via cloud-based systems and require periodic validation.

2. Subscription Plans and Limits
Different plans have different limits (e.g., number of videos processed).
Exceeding your plan’s limits without an upgrade may result in license suspension.
It is your responsibility to monitor your usage, visible within the Software dashboard.

3. License Activation and Security
Activation requires a license key. Attempts to bypass, hack, or manipulate the activation system are strictly prohibited.
SnapShorts may store non-personal metadata (such as device ID and usage statistics) for license tracking and fraud prevention.

4. Content and Ownership
You retain full ownership of the images and content you provide to the Software.
SnapShorts does not claim any rights over your content and does not store it, except what is required temporarily for generating videos or validating usage.
You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and third-party platform policies.

5. Automated Features and Third-Party Platforms
SnapShorts includes automation tools (e.g., Selenium-based YouTube uploaders) to streamline workflows.
These tools simulate user actions in your browser. They do not use APIs or store your credentials.
You are solely responsible for how you use these tools. Use must comply with the terms and conditions of any third-party services (e.g., YouTube).
SnapShorts is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or any other third-party service.

6. Restrictions
You may not:
Resell, distribute, or share your license key.Reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the Software or its licensing system.
Use SnapShorts to engage in illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.

7. Updates and Changes
We may release updates to improve functionality, security, or compatibility.
Updates may be applied automatically or require manual installation.
Continued use of the Software following an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your license if you violate these Terms, exceed usage limits, or attempt to bypass protections.
You may terminate your use by uninstalling the Software and ceasing all usage.

9. Disclaimer
The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use the Software at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapShorts and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of business, or issues arising from the use of automated tools or third-party platform restrictions.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, unless otherwise specified by written agreement.
